• Winter 2026 Chess Session Starts on January 21 and Ends on March 11, 2026. 8-Week Program. 

Winter Chess Schedule (8 weeks):

• Held on Wednesdays. 2:15pm to 3:15pm. Directly after school, Coach  Robert picks up the students from the gym. After the chess program is over, we will wait by Door #1 for the parents to come pick up their students.
• Open to Grades: 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Grades
• All Chess Equipment Is Provided – We provide chess sets, chess clocks, handouts, etc.
• Snacks – students are allowed to bring a snack and drink to chess. The snacks are very helpful. 
• The cost is $165 per student for 8 weeks.
• The students enjoy themselves and engage socially during our sessions. They learn to focus and pick up skills quickly through group learning, which is especially beneficial for beginners new to the game. We practice the principles and fundamentals that contribute to a good chess game—skills that will last a lifetime. Additionally, we explore the chess world and participate in fun activities and matches.
• We also provide a connection to the Cincinnati chess community, allowing students and their families to continue their chess journey together.
